無印良品カードホルダーを利用した、カードリフィルが使ってみるといろいろ問題点が出てきたので改良した。

トラベラーズノート全体に厚さが違う

左右に重しを置いてみると、沈みかたが違うのが分かる。 enter image description here

原因はカードリフィルのサイズ違い

改良開始

家にあった厚紙をカットする。

通常のノートリフィルのサイズが

  • 見開き幅：22cm
  • 片面：11cm
  • 高さ：21cm

無印良品のカードリフィルを挟んで見る。この隙間を埋める必要ある。 enter image description here

厚紙にマチ部分が存在しないのでダンボールをボンドで重ねて、片方はクリップで潰して先細にする。 enter image description here

自作カードリフィル自体は全体の厚みは均一になったが、別のクラフトファイルにも対策しないとトラベラーズノート全体の厚みは均一にならなそうだ。
